Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pound ground beef, pork, chicken, or meat of choice
  • 2 medium onions, finely sliced
  • 9 cups Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger, powdered
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet stevia (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/3 cup beef broth or stock
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce, tamari, liquid aminos or coconut aminos
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions
  1. Place meat in large pan and cook until browned.
  2. On medium high heat, add the onions and sesame oil. Cook until lightly browned, then reduce heat to medium.
  3. Add spices, sweetener, red pepper, and broth to the pan and stir well.
  4. Add the cabbage and stir to coat. Cook, stirring frequently until the cabbage slightly wilts.
  5. Add soy sauce and adjust flavorings as desired.
  6. Serve plain or over cauliflower rice. Garnish with green onions if desired.
